Withdrawing assets is a digital asset transfer action and involves certain risks. Before you carry out the withdrawal operation, please carefully read this risk warning notice to fully understand the potential risks. Based on your own risk awareness, risk identification ability and risk tolerance, make a prudent decision on whether to proceed with the withdrawal operation. 
When you confirm this notice and carry out the withdrawal operation, it is deemed that you have carefully read and understood all the contents of this notice, voluntarily accept the withdrawal service provided by Bitnuk, and are willing to bear the possible risks and legal responsibilities arising therefrom. 
Now Bitnuk gives the following prompt: 
Change in Asset Control
When digital assets are transferred to other platforms or wallet addresses, the assets will be completely under the control of the individual or platform at the target address. Bitnuk will no longer have any management rights. 
2. Assets cannot be recovered
Once the withdrawal process is completed and confirmed on the blockchain network, the transaction becomes irreversible. The platform is unable to assist users in withdrawing or recovering the related assets. 
3. Risk of Unreliable Platforms
If users are induced by others to transfer their assets to pyramid schemes, fraud rings, or other unreliable platforms, it may result in the inability to withdraw the assets or permanent loss of the funds. 
4. Loan and Borrowing Risks
If the user transfers assets to another person's address through a loan or commission relationship, and the other party refuses to return the assets, the resulting asset loss shall be borne by the user themselves. 
5. Risks of Illegal Activities
If a user is entrusted by others to purchase and withdraw cryptocurrencies, it may involve money laundering or other illegal activities. Once legal risks are encountered, the user must bear the corresponding legal responsibilities on their own. 
6. Risk of Incorrect Address Entry
If the user enters an incorrect address or selects an incorrect network, resulting in the transfer of assets to the wrong address, the blockchain transaction is irreversible and the assets cannot be retrieved. 
7. Risks of ICO Investment
ICO or project crowdfunding is a high-risk investment activity. Please make a careful judgment and avoid directly transferring funds to the crowdfunding address; otherwise, you may not receive the corresponding digital assets. 
8. Force Majeure Risks
This includes but is not limited to wars, financial market crises, natural disasters, major political events, hacker attacks, system failures, computer viruses and other unforeseeable factors. Such risks or losses may occur during the withdrawal process or with respect to the assets, and such losses shall be borne by the users themselves. 
9. User Operation Risks
Losses caused by the user's own reasons, including but not limited to operational errors, decision-making mistakes, password leaks, account theft, device invasions, or losses resulting from entrusting others to operate, the platform shall not be held responsible. 
10. Risk Control and Anti-Money Laundering Review
When the Bitnuk risk control system detects abnormal situations in an account, the platform may require the user to cooperate with a further anti-money laundering review. If the user refuses or fails to cooperate, the platform has the right to determine that the account is at risk and take measures including but not limited to: 
Raise the risk level of the account 
Freeze the account or the associated accounts 
Pause the withdrawal function 
Until the relevant materials submitted by the user pass the review of the platform.

Before conducting the withdrawal operation, please fully understand the relevant laws and regulations as well as the platform rules, carefully read the service agreement of the Bitnuk platform, and make a rational judgment of the risks based on your own situation. 
Once you confirm this notice and withdraw your funds, it indicates that you have fully understood the aforementioned risks and are willing to bear all possible losses and responsibilities arising therefrom on your own.
